Where is the hotel?

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, near the Duomo, the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Galleria degli Uffizi, the market of San Lorenzo, and the station.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but in the immediate vicinity there are trattorias, restaurants and wine bars. Our staff will be happy to advise you.

Are the listed prices per person or per room?

Rates are per room, per night and include breakfast buffet, taxes and service.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: at the latest at 14.00
Check-out: by 12.00 a.m.
guests can leave their luggage with us before check-in and after check-out.

What happens if my arrival at the hotel is very late?

Our reception is open 24 hours a day and our staff is always ready to welcome you.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express - Visa - Master Card - Diners Club - JCB - Carta Si.

Of course, cash. It’s also possible to pay in advance by bank transfer or postal order

Yes, we offer our guests a delicious buffet breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7.15 until 10:00 am.

At what floor are the bedrooms?

The rooms are spread over 4 floors. The structure is equipped with an elevator.

What services can be found in the room?

In every room there is air conditioning or heating at no additional cost. There is a safe, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini bar. In the bathroom there are towels, soaps, shower caps and hair dryers.

Are there non - smoking rooms?

Yes, most of our rooms are non smoking.

Are there rooms for the disabled?

Yes, we have 2 rooms for the disabled. All public areas are accessible without stairs.

Is there a phone / TV in the room?

Yes, all rooms have satellite TV and are equipped with direct dial phone.

Is it possible to pay the bill on arrival?

Yes, it is possible to settle your bill on arrival.

How far is the railway station from the hotel?

The train station, Santa Maria Novella, 500 meters away. About 10 minutes walking.

How far is the airport?

The airport of Florence is 7 Km from the hotel, that is about twenty minutes by taxi. A taxi to the airport costs around 20-25 euros.

Is it possible to rent a car locally?

Nearby are the major car rental companies. Renting a car is very easy and our staff will also be happy to assist you.

The hotel has a parking lot?

The hotel has a small private garage; the cost per day ranges from 25 to 31 euros depending on the size of the car. In addition, there is a private garage nearby with pick-up and drop-off service included in the parking fee.

The hotel has Internet access?

Yes, there is a computer with ADSL internet connection near the lobby available free of charge to our guests. In addition, Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas for surfing with your laptop.

Is it possible to book tickets for museums or tours of Florence through the hotel staff?

Yes, our staff will be happy to book you tickets for the most important museums and tours of Florence. Please note that for a visit to the Uffizi Museum and the Academy Gallery to avoid a long wait, we recommend booking several days in advance.
